Win10 Mobile Build 10549 officially pushed: must be rolled back to WP8.1 upgrade

Microsoft today pushed the new Windows 10 Mobile build 10549 to the fast-track Windows Insider member, bringing some new features and a lot of improvements. If you are running Windows 10 Mobile build 10536, you don't see any new versions in Windows Update - don't worry, it's not just you. Microsoft's Gabriel Aul said that you have to downgrade to Windows Phone 8.1 to upgrade to the latest version of Windows 10 Mobile, which is a bit annoying.

Slightly regrettable, due to bugs in 10549, you can't get updates directly from 10536. In other words, you must go back to WP8.1 and go to Fast after using Windows Device Recovery Tool official tool (click to download). Ring channel check for updates.

The main contents of this update include:

Improvements to Cortana:

Support for Japanese and English Insider members in Australia and Canada

“Message ”Applications have been improved:

Enlarged text editing area, integrated Skype phone function

Multiple style emoji expressions:

One time for Lumia 1020 users Update:

Lumia professional photo can be used normally under Win10M.

However, the good news is that Microsoft is working on fixing this bug and pushing updates for Windows 10 Mobile Build 10536 users as soon as possible
