Win10 installation appears stuck or black screen how to do? Win10 has been pushed globally, and many of my friends have chosen to upgrade in the first place, but the Windows 10 installation is stuck or black screen and can't be started. So how to solve it? One, system recovery

After booting, I saw the Windows 10 Logo, there is a circle below when I turn, the number 5 seconds. Then press the power button directly to shut down. For desktop computers, if there is a “restart button” on the chassis, you can also press the reset button directly.

This is repeated 2~3 times. When it is turned on again, it will enter the interface as shown below:

Click on the mouse to view the advanced repair option”, you can enter the Win10 RE mode. Win10's RE mode allows you to "reset this computer" or "go back to the previous system".

1. Reset this computer

Action: Reinstall Windows 10 system fully automatically, you can choose whether to keep existing software, applications and data.

2. Falling back to the previous version

means to install win10 through the "Upgrade" method, you can go directly to the system before the upgrade. For example, upgrading from Win7 to win10, back to Win7. (will retain all software applications and information of the original system)

You can choose to try to reinstall win10 once to solve the current fault, or give up Win10 returns to the original system.

Second, Windows 10 RE mode ——Reset this computer

As shown in the figure, here is the Windows 10 RE (Recovery Environment), the main functions are concentrated in "Difficulty" Answer & rdquo;

1. Enter “Troubleshooting", first you will see “reset this computer”.

2. Click Reset this computer, you will see the following interface, according to your own needs, select “ whether to keep the installed software, applications and materials &

Three, Win10 RE mode ——Return to the previous system

4. Enter the password for the username, if not, just press Enter.

Fourth, disable graphics driver

Some customers can solve the problem by disabling secure boot. For information on how to enter the BIOS and find the Secure boot switch, please refer to the official website of the OEM partner.

If the above methods do not solve or alleviate the symptoms, please provide information such as the model of the machine and the type of graphics card (whether or not).

Some customers enter safe mode to disable discrete graphics (dual graphics card models) or uninstall the graphics driver to solve such problems.

Note: Generally, after you see the boot screen, press and hold the power button to turn off the power. Repeat it three times in a short time to enter WinRE (Windows Recovery Environment), but some users may need to disconnect the power directly.

Shift-click "“Restart”>Advanced Startup Options> Low Resolution Mode (or fail to select low after 3 times of opening) Resolution mode);
