How does Windows 10 clear the traces of use?

There will always be times when you don't want the system to record the software's recently opened projects and files, then how to clear them. The settings for Windows 10 are completely different from the previous settings for 7 and 8. About this, I also looked for a long time at the beginning. Here is the place to tell you where these settings are, shown above.

Clear recently opened projects

1, open Windows10“Set”, &"personalization", as shown.

2. In the pop-up dialog box, find the "Start” tab in the left column as shown.

3. In the right column, find “store and display the start menu and the recently opened project in the taskbar, set directly to “off”. as the picture shows.

Clear recently opened files

1, open “file explorer", click “View”, as shown.

2. In the extended menu that pops up, click on “Options" as shown.

3. In the “Folder Options” dialog box, find the "Privacy" column. Click “Clear & rdquo;, and remove the check box for "Show recently used files in quick access", & ldquo; OK & rdquo;, as shown.

Note:

1, if it does not take effect immediately, please restart “file manager” or logout once;

2, about “ Quickly display the check box of the frequently used folder & rdquo;, you can cancel the cancellation, which will remove your folder to open the record;

3, only remove in the second step & ldquo; It is not enough to display the checkmark of the most recently used file in the visit, so it is recommended that you first "clear" once;

4, Windows10 Build10130 can't be set like Windows7<; ”, so only cancel all.
