Win7 system due to template damage caused by Word can not open the solution

On the win7 system, open the Word document for editing, when the document is renamed, open again, the system prompts "The file can not be opened, due to the template Damage caused by ”. In general, Word cannot open the question, mostly because of errors caused by Word template corruption. So we can quit the Word software first, then delete the Word template file Normal.dot. The following small series will introduce the delete Normal.dot template file under win7 64-bit system to solve the error caused by Word template damage.

1, first close all Word documents opened on the system desktop, then copy the following command: %appdata%\\microsoft\\templates;

2, then HP notebook system xitongcheng.com/hp/start menu, open the run dialog box, then paste the %appdata%\\microsoft\\templates command into it, and then click the OK button;

3, in Open the Word path folder, find and delete the Normal.dot template file, and then reopen the Word document.
