If you think that there are too many icons on the desktop N, it’s too messy! Let me teach you a simple way to manage shortcuts so that the desktop no longer has a bunch of icons that affect your desktop! Oh!! (XP/2000 Under use, ME/98 is similar!) 1. Create shortcut key favorites Create a new folder anywhere on the hard disk and name it “Used software, put common software shortcuts into it! 2. Create “ldquo; menu” Right click on the mouse "Taskbar - & ldquo; Toolbar - & ldquo; New Toolbar - find and select the shortcut collection just created in the pop-up window & ldquo; commonly used software - & ldquo; OK! You're done! On the right side of the taskbar There is an additional toolbar. Pressing the arrow on the toolbar will bring up the drop-down menu and you can select the program you want to run. 3. Add shortcuts Right click on the toolbar - open the folder - put the icon into it! 4. Close the toolbar and right click on the taskbar. If you have a tick in front of the lock task bar, select "Lock the taskbar". Unlock. Right click on the toolbar and select “Close Toolbar ‘! PS: If you put the shortcuts collection in the "C:Documents and Settings" system user name "Start" menu, open “ Start Menu - & ldquo; All Programs , you can see the folder inside!
