Virtual hosts such as Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation Edition are open to developers

Computer Store News: Microsoft just announced the 60-day evaluation of the Windows Developer Web Hosting in the March 2016 version of the Windows Development Center. These virtual hosts come from Hyper-V, Parallels, VirtualBox and multi-version VMWare, essentially creating a Windows 10 development environment on a PC or Mac to test code and devices or to help port existing projects to Windows 10 supported formats.

This version of the installation includes Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation Version Version 1511, Visual Studio 2015 Community Update 1, Windows Developer SDK and Tools (Build 10586), Windows IoT Core SDK and Raspberry Pie 2 (Build 10586.0.151029-1700), Windows IoT Core Core Project Template (Version 1.0), Microsoft Azure SDK for .NET (Build 2.8.2), Windows Bridge for iOS (Build 0.1.160304), Windows UWP Case ( Build 2.0.4) and Windows Bridge for iOS case. As the name suggests, these downloads only take 60 days to allow developers to fully experience all the features of the Universal Windows Platform tools and technologies.
