Due to payment failure, Microsoft Win10 Part of Surface Book was cancelled

Computer Store News: Users who have subscribed to Microsoft Win10 Notebook Surface Book need to pay attention to the email because the order may be cancelled. According to feedback from some users of Reddit and WindowsCentral on the foreign websites, they received an email from Microsoft canceling their Surface Book order, because the credit card payment service responded with the “Potential Fraud Warning” message when the system was paying.

One of WindowsCentral's users gave feedback:

& ldquo; Before I booked the Surface Book through Microsoft's official mall. Today, the system began to try to pay through my credit card, but AMEX (American Express) refused to pay on the grounds of <quo;potential fraud warning & rsquo;. Microsoft sent me a notification to update the order payment method. However, after trying AMEX payment again, it still failed. Finally, the prompt has been tried four times, the order was cancelled... After contacting Microsoft, Microsoft only gave a solution, that is, re-booking. However, the new scheduled shipping date has been greatly delayed (after 7-8 weeks). ”

The user who is booking in the first wave of course is hoping to get the Surface Book as soon as possible, but re-booking means delay in delivery. Foreign media has contacted Microsoft and hopes to provide assistance to these users to ensure that they are shipped in the first batch.
