Win10 Preview 10147: Edge Browser Officially Enables Password Manager

Computer Store News: Yesterday Windows 10 PC Preview Build 10147 leaked online, and Edge browser also received a small improvement, previously unusable "password" The manager (password manager) is now ready for use.

The password manager of the Edge browser is very simple to use. Users can manually add the login account and password of the frequently visited website to it. For the operation method, please refer to the GIF animation picture below, except for manually adding Edge. The browser also saves the account password for the user when they log in to a website for the first time. The user can also edit or delete the account password entry in the password manager.

This simple feature in the Edge allows users to better set up content stored in the browser, as well as to delete information that they do not wish to be permanently saved. We really hope that Microsoft can synchronize these passwords in different versions of the Edge browser, which will make it easier for users to log in to their websites that they often browse on their PCs.
