Win10 as a service, Microsoft revealed consumer /business user service plan

Computer Store News: Microsoft is trying to offer Windows as a service to consumers and business users. Now Microsoft has revealed the status of each branch.

For the next step, Microsoft is trying to offer Windows as a service to consumers and business users. But how often do they get a new feature and security update? Microsoft previously revealed that commercial customers are separate branch versions. The following slide from Microsoft clearly shows the status of each branch.

The current version (Current Branc) is an operating system version that can be downloaded and installed by any general consumer, with new features and security updates via Windows Update. Windows 10 Professional, Education, and Enterprise users are another version, called the Enterprise Current Version (CBB), which provides timely security patches, but the new features have a delay. Windows 10 enterprise customers will also offer another new option called Long-Term Servicing Branch, which allows them to postpone the installation of new features for a long time.
