Windows Phone 8.1 "Music" update, a lot of improvements to fix problems

- Fix album cover offline display inconsistency.

- Fixed albums with local or side-loaded copies could not display album cover issues in recent playback.

- Fixing content sync interrupts causes all sync failures.

- Fixed a problem where deleted songs were not removed from the collection.

- Fixed an issue where albums could not be played in some cases.

- Fix the initial ordering of songs.
