Win10 installation: search bar Caton solution

Computer store news: Microsoft recently released the Win10 technology preview version from Build 9841 to Build 9860, and one of the highlights is the deep integration of the operating system and Microsoft Bing search, users can directly enter in the start menu Search for keywords.

At the same time, there are many users who report that there will be problems such as stagnation or even stop responding during the search process. The problem is that Microsoft must search and capture every keyword input by the user, that is, each new one is added. Characters, the search will be done once.

If the user uses the Microsoft Pinyin input method, the system will search for the pinyin word by word every time the keyword is entered. The user will hit the space bar and the pinyin will be converted into a Chinese character before the Chinese character will be searched. As a result, unnecessary searches are caused, which wastes system resources and causes stutters.

There is a little trick to solve this problem once and for all:

▲As mentioned above, each time you enter a character, the search will be performed once, causing Unnecessary stuck.

▲ First, we have to search in the Start menu and go to “zPC Settings”.

▲Note, do not enter the “PC setting/computer setting” in the default start menu. The global search cannot be turned off here.

▲In the "System” tab, we go to the "Search" page and close “Use Bing Online Search”.

▲ Once you enter the start menu and enter keywords to search, you will find that the online content is gone, and the search response speed is greatly improved.

I hope this little trick can help users.
