When it comes to these two Win8.1 tablets, the biggest feature is the pre-installed free version of Win8.1, which is Win8.1 with Bing (32bit) platform. In terms of configuration, Toshiba 10.1 inch S50, 8 inch S38 tablet is equipped with a 1280x800 resolution display, built-in Intel Atom Z3725F (default frequency is 1.33GHz, the highest can be Rui Frequency to 1.9GHz) mobile quad-core processor.
