Win8.1 Update new version number exposure

Computer shop news: Previous news said that many users downloaded Win8.1 Update a few weeks ago is not the RTM version previously considered; now Microsoft support page appears on this update A new version number.

A foreign netizen found this new version on the Microsoft support site. This page describes a patch that has been released by Microsoft to fix the "video preview blurring issue that occurs when the camera app opens on Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2".

Pull down this page and see which versions of Win8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 are supported by the many expanded options. When the netizen was viewing the option to support 64-bit versions of Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 Extra Files, this new version number was found.

The most important part of the file number is "6.3.9600.17042", which was previously exposed on the Internet at 17031.

So is 17042 a Windows 8.1 Update RTM or is Microsoft still developing more versions of Win8.1 Update?
