According to foreign media reports, recently, Microsoft retail stores launched a price reduction campaign for a number of Windows 8 touchscreen superbooks. Among them, the larger price cuts are the Acer Aspire S7 - from the original $ 1,649 to $ 1,299, a full reduction of $ 350.


It is reported that the Aspire S7 is equipped with a 1920x1080 resolution display, 1.9GHz Intel Core i7-3517U processor and 256GB SSD.

The second lowest price cut is Sony's Vaio T Series 13, which dropped from the original $1,299 to $999. The notebook's main configuration data is 13.3-inch touch screen, 256GB SSD, 8GB memory and 2GHz Core i7-3537U processor.

The relatively low-end Vaio T series (SVT13136CYS) is down by $100 and the original price is $899. The same $100 Win8 touchscreen notebooks include the HP Pavilion TouchSmart Sleekbook and Spectre XT TouchSmart, which were priced at $699 and $1,349, respectively.

Among them, Spectrex XT also uses HD display - 1920x1080 resolution, display size is 15.6 inches, the configured memory capacity is 8GB, and the processor is 1.9GHz Core i7- 3517U chip.

In addition, Microsoft retail stores have also reduced the price of some flat products, the cheapest as low as $ 399.
