Win8 RTM version released two months later, is expected to be officially listed in October

Steven Sinofsky, President of Microsoft Windows, wrote "Windows 8 Release Preview" on Building Windows 8 in a blog post, "If the feedback and telemetry results for Windows 8 and Windows RT meet our expectations, then we It will enter the final phase of the RTM process in about 2 months. If we succeed in this phase, then we will achieve our common goal on schedule, that is, to launch Windows 8 and Windows RT PCs before the Christmas holidays. “


With the Windows 7 system listing history as a reference, Win7 entered the final stage of RTM in July 2009, and was officially launched on October 22, 2009 for three months. At present, the development process of Win8 is basically the same as that of Win7. Since Microsoft has entered the RTM stage two months later and has to catch up with the Christmas holiday season, it is imperative for Win8 to go on sale in October.
