vShpere5.0 on Windows Server 2012

        It took two years of Windows Server 2008. In the past few days, I have always had a small problem. I am too lazy to toss. I installed the Windows Server 2012 disk last year, so I thought about changing the system, so I switched to 2012.
But the problem is coming. Because I often manage the EXSi system in the computer room, I set up a vCenter myself and then install vSphere on my office machine to log in and manage all EXSi hosts. But after installing 2012, I found a problem, VMware-viclient-all-5.0.0-623373.exe could not be installed. The error provided by vShpere itself is not very accurate. It is said that it needs to be installed on “XP SP2 and above. (I am definitely on XP), I have looked at the system events. When you find out that you want to install .net3.5, you can find the installation package, but you can't install it, suggesting that the system function can't uninstall anything. Looking for a reason to find out.
Originally Windows Server 2012 integrated the .net3.5 installation package, which means that .net3.5 is already a system component, so there is no way to download the downloaded package. Next we will look at how to install the system comes with .net3.5

1, open & ldquo;. Server Manager & rdquo;

2, click on the & ldquo; Add Roles and Features & rdquo;

3, all the way until the next & ldquo; function & rdquo; piece

4, select & ldquo; .NET Framework3.5 & rdquo; when I test already installed, so here you can see already installed
If the first installation procedure is the following

5, other processes, such as installing vShpere
if the following message appears: installing SP2 or XP system, you need to open

in compatibility mode
