1.1.1 Post-installation check
Log in to the domain controller as an administrator. 1. Change the DNS server used by the domain controller to open the TCP/IPv4 protocol and change the preferred DNS server to 10.7.1.110. Note: After installing Active Directory by default, the preferred DNS will be specified as 127.0.0.1, so the first thing after booting is to point the preferred DNS to its own IP address. 2. Open the Service Manager and check the SRV record on the DNS. Note that the above is 4 items, and the following are 6 items. These SRV records are registered by the domain controller. Through these records, the client can find the domain controller of the ESS.COM domain. If the Active Directory is installed, the SRV record is found to be incomplete. The client has no way to find the domain controller. How to do it? Please see the tasks below. 3. Check the default structure of the Active Directory by clicking on " Roles" in the Server Manager, "Active Role Domain Services", à “ Active Directory Users and Computers &&quo;à“ESS.COM”. Builtin stores the built-in groups. Computers After the default computer is joined to the domain, the location where the computer account is stored is Computers. Domain Controllers store domain controllers in the domain. Do not easily move domain controllers to other locations. ForeignSecurityPrincipals holds security principals in trusted external domains.
