Vista+IE7 login Alipay 800A138F problem

Newly changed Vista operating system + IE7 browser, to use Alipay must first import the certificate, did not expect to have difficulties on the way.
After a long time of tossing, after repeated baidu and two rounds of customer service calls, I finally got it. Because even Alipay's customer service is not clear how to solve it, it is necessary to write it out for future generations.
Phenomenon: Vista+IE7 logs into Alipay, the page closes automatically.
Solution: Start-Control Panel (Classic View) ) - User Account - Open or close "User Account Control" - remove the "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer" check, OK - follow the prompts to restart the computer to solve (Alipay customer service does not know yet) The solution to this problem, everyone tells each other)
Phenomenon: After importing the certificate, the error number is 800A138F
Solution: Alipay originally does not support Vista, you need to install an upgrade control separately. There are three steps: First check to see if the Protected Storage service is up. Click Start - Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Services, open the service, find the Protected Storage service, double-click, set Disabled to "Automatic" in the startup type, and click "Start".
The second step, in IE7, open the Tools menu - Internet Options - Security tab - Trusted Sites - click the site button, set https://www.alipay.com as a trusted site, then go back The Security tab, which sets the security level of the zone to a minimum, is determined.
The third step is to call Alipay customer service (that is, the phone written on the Alipay page), saying that you have encountered the error 800A138F, tell her that you are Vista+IE7, she will give you an aliedit control. After downloading the control, turn off all IE windows and run the upgrade control, indicating that the installation is successful.
Hey, actually summed up these two problems, but I don't know how to solve it. I have tossed me all day, Firefox and Tencent TT are on the same, and I almost reinstalled the system. When I searched for baidu, I found that there were still fewer people using Vista, and there were fewer problems with Alipay. There were few people who knew the answer. There is only one place that mentions closing user account control, most search results are not helpful, and even Alipay customer service does not know what reason IE automatically shuts down. So the solution that you can't easily find must be written. Don't bother with Vista later, let me know rp.....
