Improve system performance Enable large caches in Vista

  

Increasing system cache capacity in Windows Vista operating system can improve computer performance. This article describes how to modify the registry to enable large caches under Windows Vista.

Operation steps

Note: If you change the registry at will, your computer will not work properly. Please use the Registry Editor carefully.

Click “Start”→“All Programs&&quo;→“Accessories"""Run”. Enter “regedit” in the “Open” dialog, then click the “OK” button. As shown in FIG Run 1:

double-click to open the window in FIG. 2 & ldquo; LargeSystemCache & rdquo ;. In the "Edit" window, change the "Value data" to the default value of " 0&rd; Numerical data shown in FIG. 3:

Note: After modify the key, can achieve the purpose to enhance the overall performance of the system in Windows Vista.
