Windows Vista system partition problem solution

You may find a strange phenomenon is that the partition must be 3+1 format under vista, although we can use third-party software to convert it to 1+1. So what is the speciality of partitioning in vista?

Problem: When reinstalling the system, format the new hard disk (the previous hard disk has a problem, it is new). There are 3 primary partitions and one logical partition.

So when I installed the system, I saw that this situation was divided into a partition. The other three partitions are partitioned after entering the system, and three primary partitions (including the C drive) appear in the system partition. Then three primary partitions, is it normal? The more primary partitions, the better, or the better one?

What is the solution to this problem?
