Under Vista, I can't start the secondary logon service and the pop-up prompt is: the system can't find the file. You can fix it using the following methods.

1. Export all key values ​​of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\seclogon from a working Vista system.

2, then import to the system in question. Then start the change service.

If you still have problems, check if the "@%SystemRoot%\\\\system32\\\\seclogon.dll file exists.
