Due to the continuity and continuous characteristics of teaching, many teachers often need to insert or copy the original PPT slides when making new PPT slides. In fact, PowerPoint 2000/XP/2003 has a built-in gadget that “slide searcher”, which can easily complete batch copying of PPT slides.
First open the courseware to insert the PPT slide and determine where to insert the PPT slide. (This article uses PowerPoint 2003 as an example) and then click on the "Insert & Rarr; Slides (from file)" command to pop up the "Slide Search Finder" dialog box, as shown, select "Dictionary" For the document, click the “Browse” button to navigate to the courseware where the PPT slideshow is located.
How to determine which PPT slides to copy, there are two ways to choose between horizontal and vertical previews: horizontal preview is characterized by intuitive, you can directly drag the left and right scroll bars to preview the contents of the slide; The preview method is to divide the slide into two columns. You can conveniently select some slides in the left column, and you can also view the contents in the right column. Below we introduce the method of selecting a PPT slide:
1. Select a slide: you can click the selection directly, and click again to cancel the selection.
2. Select a few slides that are not continuous: press the Ctrl key while clicking the desired slide.
3. To select all slides, click the “All Insert” button.
After the slide selection is complete, click the “Insert” button to copy the slides to the new PPT slides in sequence.
Edit Tip: In PowerPoint 2000, the format of the inserted slide will be automatically set to match the format of the previous slide; in PowerPoint XP/2003 you can select “Slide Searcher” The "Keep source format" item in the panel retains the format of the original slide.
After the operation is complete, click the “Close” button to exit.
