What if the Windows Security Center service does not start?

Problem Description:
Windows Action Center pop-up prompt "Unable to start Windows Security Center Service", why is this error message appearing? Solution:

Method 1: Confirm the settings of the Security Center service.
<ScriptDUMMYDUMMY type="text/javascript">Use the key combination "Win+R” to bring up the run command box, type the command services.msc, and press Enter. If the User Account Control window pops up, please allow to continue. Locate the Security Center service and double-click it to open the service properties. In the "General" tab, select "Startup type" as "Automatic" and click the "Start" button under "Service Status".
Now, I suggest you confirm that this service can be started? If the service startup still fails, please refer to the above steps to enable the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and Windows Management Instrumentation services. After the above two services are successfully started, please try to start the Security Center service again and check if the startup is successful. Method 2: Open the service in safe mode
<ScriptDUMMYDUMMY type="text/javascript">It is recommended to press F8 to enter safe mode. (If you don't know how to enter safe mode, please click here to view More information). After entering the security mode, please press the method 1 to start the xp system Security Center service and check if it succeeds. If the Security Center service is successfully launched in Safe Mode, we can then use a clean boot method to troubleshoot the program service that caused the conflict.
