How to redirect IE folder in Vista system

The pain of using Windows is that you need to restore or reinstall the system often (except, of course, if you can tolerate slower and slower speeds), but you will regret it if you forget to back up some data before recovering/reloading. In fact, you don't have to worry about this issue if you make a slight change in Vista. For example: photos, documents, favorites, etc., you can redirect. Moreover, if you are using a dual system and want to share this data, the redirection is even more useful.
The corresponding function of XP is uncomfortable, so we have to do the following in Vista.
There are two ways:
First, use Windows Explorer
- Open Windows Explorer
- Create a folder location that needs to be replaced
Note: Create a folder on a different drive When you pay attention to setting the folder properties, select the “Security” label and set the full control permission for yourself. Otherwise, an error will occur.
- Select Source Collector Folder
- Right click on the folder, select Properties

- Go to the "Location" tab and replace C:UsersFavorites with the new folder location >
