SVCHOST.EXE CPU resources continue to go slow and slow down the system

One day I found some abnormalities when I turned on the computer: the browser started slowly, and it was basically suspended after being turned on. Hurry to press Ctrl+Alt+del to open the task manager to see the reason and found that the SVCHOST.EXE process occupies 80% to 90% of the CPU resources, but neither Kabbah nor BOClean reported viruses or Trojans. Turning off the browser and some resident programs, even turning off BOClean and Kabbah, still can't solve the problem. At this time in the lower right corner of the system tray, the only suspicious is the Windows automatic update icon, its update process has remained at 0% without any change, so I enter the control panel will automatically update and turn off, and the system is back to normal . Repeated testing a few times is the same phenomenon.

The reason for the analysis may be that there is a problem with Windows automatic update, but it has been repeatedly tried, causing the CPU resources of SVCHOST.EXE to continue to rise, thus slowing down the entire system.

In fact, if we install 360 security guards, the use of Windows automatic update is not too big, because 360 can also prompt users to install patches after the vulnerability in Windows and Microsoft provides vulnerability patches, and speed It's faster than the automatic update that comes with Windows, so I suggest that the automatic update of the system is closed.
