Click the "Hardware → Device Manager" button, find the network card, right click, select "Disable" network card disabled. Then restart your computer and see if Windows XP is back to normal. If Windows XP is normal, it means that it is a driver problem. You can install the Windows XP driver that comes with the network card to solve the problem.
