2. Click Start - Run, type regedit, and press Enter.

3. In the open registry editor, find "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Policies\\Explorer" and delete "DisallowCpl".

5, restart the resource manager; copy the text inside the quotation marks to Notepad  taskkill /f /im explorer.exe & start explorer.exe”, and save as "restart resource management .bat”, double-click to run this file.

6. Click on Start - Control Panel.

1. Click Start - Run, type “gpedit.msc”, click OK.

2. In the group policy that opens, locate "User Configuration - Administrative Templates - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs", right click "delete & lsquo; add /remove programs & rsquo; program ” item, select the attribute in the pop-up window, then select “disabled ” in the pop-up window, click OK.
