SP2 has made a big change in IE, so how does it work? Some of them are transparent to end users and web developers interested in this. Other changes will make users feel frustrated at the beginning. Turning off the pop-up notification bar does not close other notifications. If you want to close the pop-up blocker dialog (which is enabled by default), you can do this in the pop-up notification bar menu or click on "Tools
