Tips to share: a small story in the Windows taskbar

The Windows taskbar is an area that is often used to operate. Recently, we have explored some software and techniques about it, and hope to share it with everyone.

1. "Quick Start" column, please lay off

Thanks to Microsoft for adding a useful "quick start" bar for Windows, although it is already very good, but we still I found a replacement, True Launch Bar. After installation, right click on the taskbar and select “Toolbar→True Launch Bar” to start it. The software automatically receives the items in the “Quick Launch Bar”, so enter the “Toolbar again”. ", cancel the "quick start" check, let it be laid off now. The True Launch Bar is very powerful. For example, if you move the mouse pointer over an icon, the corresponding program or folder will open automatically for a while; provide a rich set of plug-ins, such as: regularly check the mailbox, Winamp and other media players. Control plug-ins, weather forecast plug-ins, etc. (Figure 1), make the taskbar function colorful; you can also change the skin flaws.

If you have Windows Media Player installed on Windows XP 9.0 (hereafter referred to as WMP), then you can right-click on the "Taskbar" and select "Toolbar→Windows Media Player". After you choose to minimize WMP, it will automatically shrink to the taskbar and perform the most basic playback control. . But it can only be implemented in Windows XP.
