Use the WinXP task scheduling feature to schedule your work

There are a lot of things you can do with a computer, but there are times when things are more and more inevitable. However, there is a "task plan" feature in Windows, where you can schedule some software to run at the specified time. With Task Scheduler, you can schedule any script, program, or document to run at some convenient time. The "task plan" starts every time you start Windows XP and runs in the background. Use Task Schedule to complete the following tasks:

1. Plan to have the task run daily, weekly, monthly, or at certain times.

2. Change the schedule of the task.

3. Stop the scheduled task.

4. Customize how the task works.

To open the Task Schedule, click Start→All Programs→Accessories→System Tools, and then click Task Schedule. Double-click the Task Schedule icon. Inside is the "Add Task Plan" icon, double click on it. Then we follow the prompts of the "Task Schedule Wizard" and click the "Next" button. There will be a lot of software at this time, you can choose a software to plan execution (Figure 1). Clicking on the "Next" button will give you a name for the plan, of course, corresponding to the software. And choose when to perform this task below, of course, according to their actual needs to choose (Figure 2). The next step is to enter a password for this scheduled task, but you don't have to type it.

Now you can see the plan you just added in the "Scheduled Tasks" of the Control Panel. Double-click on the mouse to see the details inside, and you can make other settings. You can also create other scheduled tasks and run different software at different times. Also make sure that the system date and time of the computer is accurate because the task scheduler relies on this information to run the scheduled tasks. To check or change this information, double-click the time indicator on the taskbar. Of course, if you think that the plan is not ideal, you can delete it, so that you will not implement the plan in the future. Frequent use of the "plan task" function will make some friends with bad memory to keep the computer management in order, and will not miss some important things ^_^.
