Make a drawer for the desktop icon under XP

There are more icons on the desktop, which is quite annoying, then do you want to find a "drawer" to put them all in? In fact, to implement this idea under Windows XP is very simple.
Figure 1
First click the right mouse button on the desktop, and remove the "√" in front of the "Arrange Icons → Display Desktop Icons" item from the pop-up menu. how about it? The icons on the desktop are gone! So what about drawers? Don't be busy! Next, we right-click on the taskbar and select the “Toolbar→Desktop” item in the menu. At this time, an item named “Desktop” will appear in the taskbar! Click on it with the left button and you will see the icon on your desktop! In addition, you can also drag it to any side of the screen (the premise that you can drag is that the taskbar is not locked, you can remove the "√" in front of the "lock taskbar" in the right-click menu of the taskbar. It's unlocked). Right click on it and select the "Auto Hide" item. This "drawer" will be closed automatically.

In Windows XP, there is a production of "drawer" approach, right-click on the desktop, select "Arrange Icons → Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard" command from the pop-up menu, enter the settings interface to select the desired place Enter the icon for the "drawer". When you're done, you'll find a folder called "Unused Desktop Shortcuts" on your desktop, and icons that disappear from the desktop can be found in it.

If you are using Windows 98, you should do the following to implement this function. First click the right mouse button on the desktop and select the "Properties" item from the pop-up menu to open the "Display Properties" dialog box. In this interface, select the "Web" tab, and check the "View Active Desktop by Web Page" item (see Figure 1). Then click the "Folder Options" button below, and select the "Hide icon when displaying desktops by Web page" item in the "View" tab of the "Folder Options" dialog box (Figure 2). Finally, right-click on the taskbar and select the "Toolbars→Desktop" item in the pop-up menu. This way you can see a "drawer" full of icons on the taskbar.
