First, a device driver (such as an optical drive) is in use, and the disc in the optical drive should be removed.

Second, a software is running, or a driver has compatibility issues. After installing the new operating system, do not install other software and drivers, and do not perform any "optimization", immediately check if you can enter the standby state. If it is a driver issue, please upgrade to the latest version.

Third, there is a problem with the IDE controller driver. Install the motherboard driver immediately after installing the operating system. This driver can be found on the CD that came with your motherboard. Also try installing the latest motherboard driver.
