Symptom: When you start the system interface, you can't open anything. It takes about a minute to open.


Workaround:


First, please upgrade the virus database of anti-virus software, comprehensive anti-virus, to eliminate the cause of the virus.


Second, start → run, enter msconfig → OK. In the open system configuration program, close some unimportant services and startup programs, and restart the computer.


Three, enter "My Computer" - Tools - Folder Options - View - Cancel the "Auto Search Network Folders and Printers" check.


Fourth, after Windows XP boots into the desktop, the system will temporarily stagnate for a while, and any program will not respond at this time, because Windows XP's DHCP Client service is assigning an IP address to the NIC. The system will temporarily stagnate for a while. To solve this problem, just right-click on the "Local Area Connection" icon in "Desktop → Network Neighborhood → Right Click → Properties → Network Connection" and select Properties in the list of the "General" tab of the pop-up Properties window. Select the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" item and click the "Properties" button. In the pop-up properties window, select the "Use the following IP address" option, and enter "192.168.0.1" and "255.255.255.0" in the "IP address" and "Subnet mask", respectively (specific IP address Depending on your actual situation) Finally click OK to exit the settings window.


Start→Settings→Network Connections→Right-click “Local Area Connection”→Properties→Double-click “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)”→If the IP address is empty, click “Use the following IP address” "Specify the IP address and subnet mask. If the IP address can be set to 192.168.0.X (X is any value between 1-255), the subnet mask can be set to 255.255.255.0 → OK → OK.


5. Clear the prefetch directory, enter the C:\\WINDOWS\\Prefetch folder, delete all files with the extension pf, and restart.
