System Blue Screen (BSoD) Solution

XP SP3 has been released for a long time, but if you plan to install XP SP3 with HP/Compaq computer with AMD CPU, Beware of BSoD (blue screen of death), however, the solution seems to be to keep restarting.

HP recently announced a solution, very simple, just change a file name, in short, is 4 steps:

1. When starting the computer, press the F8 key, Enter safe mode;

2. Locate this location: C:\\Windows\\System32\\Drivers, locate the intelppm.sys file;

3. Rename it, eg: XXXintelppm.syx ;

4. Restart.
