The CHM file under WINXP cannot be opened, and the open mode appears. How to solve it?

Solutions
first determine HH.EXE file in the WINDOWS directory is not deleted, and then enter the following two commands at the command line:
REGSVR32 HHCTRL.OCX and REGSVR32 ITSS The .DLL is fine. HH.EXE is the file that comes with the system. If you accidentally lose it, you can copy it from other machines. Two files, HHCTRL.OCX and ITSS.DLL, can also be copied from other machines and copied to c:\\windows\\system\\.
