System downtime Emergency measures for data not backed up (1)

In the unit, you may often encounter a computer that suddenly fails to start, asking the user to know that the data has not been backed up. How to do it? Don't worry, the author gives you three ways to save according to your work experience. Explain them one by one. 1. Reinstall the system with Ghost Xp. Data storage scenario: There is an optical drive. The user's important data is not on the system disk (usually C:), but in the D:, E: and other panels. Emergency steps: emergency measures! Suppose you don't need to consider a virus, file corruption, or loss that prevents the system from getting up. We only need to reinstall the system, use the Ghost Xp 5.1 system installed on the Internet to download the pre-recorded CD, and put it into the CD-ROM drive. The CD-ROM drive can be either IDE port or USB port. It is set in CMOS. The CD is booted, and it takes only 20 minutes to complete the system installation and return to the system desktop. Tip: When installing the system, you can choose to install it on the C drive, but the data in other partitions is not changed, you can use it with confidence. Some computers now have no IDE port, only SATA, or only one IDE port. How to install the system? This is done in the second way. 2, the use of external hard drive data storage scenario: no optical drive, the user's important data on the system disk (such as C:), and other drive letters also have data. Emergency steps: hang the faulty hard drive to another well-functioning machine, whether it is SATA or IDE interface. In short, there are two IDE interfaces on the old-fashioned computer. There are both IDE and SATA on the new computer. interface. If there is only one IDE port on a well-functioning computer, you can use an IDE To USB adapter cable to access the running computer like a mobile hard disk. On a well-functioning computer, open the faulty extents in turn, copy important data to a well-functioning computer, and complete the dump. Finally, copy the computer-specific Ghost Xp file into any partition except the system disk, then copy in a key to restore the green version of the tool, put it into the C area of the failed hard disk, and then put the failed hard disk back into the original chassis. In the boot machine, select a key recovery, specify the image file location, and the system desktop returns after twenty minutes. Tip: When using the IDE To USB cable to make a connection copy, be careful not to choose too much source data, you should use the ant to move multiple copies, otherwise it will be easy to interrupt. Suppose you can't see the partition on a well-functioning computer after accessing the failed hard disk. What should I do? At this point, it can be implemented in the third method.

3, using WinPE and ERD2007 mode to enter the system Data storage scenario: There is an optical drive, no matter which partition the user's important data is stored in. Emergency steps: You can use the Deep Mountain Red Leaf Pocket System Toolbox, which integrates the WinPE CD operating system, such as ERD2003, or you can download the ERD2003/2005/2007 image file on the Internet and burn it into the boot CD. The following uses ERD2007 as an example to introduce its use, start with the ERD2007 CD, enter the simulation Windows Xp, initialize the network components first, and then display the locally installed system, as shown in Figure 1.

After selecting the D drive, click “ok” to enter the emulation desktop. Click on “My Computer” to browse the local disk, as shown in Figure 2. Find important documents, right click and select the “Copy to” command to back up. You can copy the data from the C drive to another partition, or insert it into the mobile storage device for dumping, as shown in Figure 3. You can even set an IP address through the <quo;Networking Tools TCP/IP Configuration” command in the Start menu. Address and workgroup, then use the network to copy data to another computer, in short, very convenient! After the backup is complete, reinstalling the system is very simple and can be done according to Method 1.

Summary: In order to prevent the system from starting, the data has not yet been able to backup, it should be improved from the user's understanding and system backup, that is, the user's important data should be released at any time. In other partitions except the system disk, Ghost Xp backup and one-click recovery tool are left in the system to solve the problem quickly.
