IIS log analysis tool EXCEL pivot table

Internet analysis of IIS tools is quite a lot, but I did not meet the requirements of my requirements, generally only can query the number of spider crawls in the IIS log.

Let's talk about a simpler and more practical way to make a series of data you want through EXCEL's simple formulas, such as time interval, crawl page, return status code, URL parameter, spider type, spider. IP, etc., through the above data can be used to troubleshoot and correct problems on the website.

First of all, you must have your own server or the ability to view IIS logs. Download the iis log file from the space to the local server via FTP to get the IIS log: Open IIS, click on the website to be queried > right click ;Properties>Sites tab>Properties> You can see that if there is space, some space services will put the log files in the root directory of the website. If not, you can ask the service provider.

Then find the corresponding folder according to the path, you can see that there are many .log files in the folder is the log file, and then downloaded to the local through FTP.

If the file is too large to operate, you can use UltraEdit to open and filter the data you want (by downloading a study yourself). The file is not very large and can be copied directly to EXCEL using Notepad.

Then delete the first 4 rows, select column A, click excel data > column > split symbol
