Haochen CAD tutorial mechanical improvement drawing efficiency skills

In CAD drawing, we pay attention not only to whether the drawing is correct, but also whether the drawing speed is fast. In order to improve the efficiency of drawing, in addition to mastering the basic knowledge of drawing and often practicing, we also need to follow certain plans. In the following CAD tutorial, we take Haochen CAD Machinery 2012 software as an example to introduce several techniques to improve drawing efficiency.

1. In the drawing step, we preferably follow the set frame — set the unit and precision & mdash; create several layers & mdash; set the object style & mdash; start drawing such steps to improve the standardization of the drawing.

2. Drawing always uses a 1:1 scale. If you need to change the size of the pattern, you can set different print ratios in the paper space when printing.

3. Set different layers, colors, and line widths for different types of primitive objects, and the color, line type, and line width of the primitive object should be controlled by the layer (BYLAYER).

4. When you need to draw accurately, you can use the grid snap feature and set the grid snap spacing to the appropriate value.

5. Do not draw frames and graphics in the same image. Insert the frame into blocks in the layout (LAYOUT) and print out the image.

6. For well-known objects, such as views, layers, tiles, line styles, text styles, print styles, etc., naming should not only be concise, but also follow certain rules for easy searching and use.

7. Set some common settings, such as layer, dimension style, text style, grid capture, etc. in a graphic template file (ie saved as *.DWT file), and later in the new graphic wizard when drawing a new image Click [Use Template] to use.

8. Maximize the use of computer resources by: minimizing the number of applications running in parallel with Windows; minimizing the number of open graphs in ICAD; using Purge to clear unused DWG graphs Graphical data; reduce capture items when not needed or do not need to capture; after using ICAD for a long time, it is recommended to close the program and reopen ICAD.
