Win10 Mobile "Upgrade Advisor" application online Windows store, can not download

Computer store news: We reported yesterday a new application called upgrade consultant, allowing users to check whether the phone is eligible for Win10Mobile upgrade. Today the app is online in the Windows Store, but it is not currently available, and it seems that only Microsoft employees can download it. The description of the application is called:

The Win10 Mobile Upgrade Advisor app will tell you if your Win8.1 phone is eligible to upgrade to Win10 Mobile. It can also help free up space on your phone and prepare for the upgrade. When you open the app, it checks your phone, tells you if it's eligible to upgrade, whether it needs to be updated before the upgrade, or tells you that your phone can't be upgraded. For more information, go to windows.com/mobilespecs. If your phone is eligible for upgrade, you may need to free up some space. The Upgrade Advisor app will suggest temporarily moving some files, such as videos or photos, to your OneDrive or SD card. You can accept suggestions, or change some of the files you want to move, or you can delete some files. If you move the files to OneDrive, after the Win10 Mobile upgrade is complete, you will need to restore these files using the Upgrade Advisor app.

Note that this app is different from the old UpdateAdvisor app (released 5 months ago). Microsoft is expected to launch Win10 Mobile next week, and the app will help users see if their phones can upgrade Win10 Mobile. You can go to the Windows Store to find the Upgrade Advisor app (you can't download it), and Microsoft will officially launch the app soon.
