According to some WP user feedback, after upgrading the phone to Windows10 Mobile, I found that I need to subscribe to Office 365 when I open my own Office tools, it seems to be encountered in small-sized tablets. the problem, as shown below:

for this problem, refer to the following interim solution:
· first, click on the picture displayed in "get Office 365", this time will jump to get Office 365 , an interface that lets you complete more tasks.
· Then click "Go" and you will be taken to the page that subscribes to Office 365.
