Win 7 adjusts the font size of text fonts

Recently, some friends have some troubles, that is, the screen dot size ratio is getting smaller and smaller. This makes the Windows 7 system default font size. In order to solve this problem, I spent a long time and finally found a hidden option, that is Open Personalization - Display - Set Custom Text Size (DPI) with "Use Windows XP Style DPI Scaling (X)", the default is ticked, remove it.
