How to force open Aero in Windows 7

The Aero Diagnostics and Repair Tool in Windows 7 makes it easy to identify and resolve issues related to transparency and other visual effects. But if in some cases this tool can't do anything, the trick to force the Aero effect under Vista is still valid under Windows 7.

*Win+R Run&Regquo;Regedit”Open Registry Editor

*Locate to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsDWM

If not, create a new one and name it DWM

* Right-click on the right blank panel - New DWORD (32-bit value), name it UseMachineCheck and set its value to 0

* Right-click on the right blank panel - New DWORD ( 32-bit value), name it Blur and set its value to 0

* Right-click on the right blank panel - New DWORD (32-bit value), name it Animations and set its value to 0

*Run Services.msc to find the Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service and restart it. Or run the following command:

net stop uxsms

net start uxsms

*Try to open aero. Restart the system if necessary.

This technique works equally well for Windows 7 installed in a virtual machine, especially on Virtual PC 2007.

In order to facilitate the optimization, setup and beautification of Windows 7, the Vista home team has been developing system optimization software for Windows 7, I believe that I will meet with you soon, I hope to bring you more. Happy Windows 7 experience.
