Turn off useless web accelerators in IE8 under Windows 7

IE8 bundled with Windows 7 has a lot of improvements in terms of security and page open speed. In addition, IE8 is also beginning to allow more third-party web accelerators to enter. But in fact, these web accelerators are often just a "scratch", which does not help the page opening speed, and even the opposite effect of slower page opening. Before third-party page accelerators can really speed up, I recommend that users use the following methods to turn them off.
Click “Start”, enter gpedit.msc in the "Search programs and files" box, and press Enter to open the Group Policy Editor. Open “Computer Configuration & Rarr; Administrative Templates & Rarr; InternetExplorer & Rarr; Accelerator & rdquo;, then double-click in the right window to "close the accelerator" (Figure 1). FIG

then the pop-up & ldquo; Close accelerator & rdquo; Window in the system is selected by default & ldquo; enabled & rdquo; modify & ldquo; disabled & rdquo; (Figure 2).

closed after the modification is completed, quit the Group Policy Editor. At this point, you will find that in IE8, the web accelerator (including the right mouse button menu) does not exist.
