What should I do if the text is garbled after Win7 disk defragmentation?

Win7's defragmentation is an important feature that helps you rearrange the shards and files on your hard drive to improve overall computer performance and speed. Today, Xiaobian suddenly pops up during the defragmentation. "The hard disk fragment contains the error". At first, there was nothing too much to care about. After using Scandisk to repair the computer, the fragment could not be used. Not only that, even the text in the Win7 folder is garbled, look at the Scandisk.log file, prompting the folder C:\\Windows has been corrupted. In the case of such an emergency failure, it is believed that the Chinese character display content in the registry is lost, so Xiaobian immediately takes measures.

Fix:

First, in the desktop start menu, open the run dialog, then enter the regedit command in the run window, and press Press the OK button to open the Registry Editor.

Second, in the registry, expand & ldquo; HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \\ System \\ CurrentControlSet \\ Control \\ FontAssoc & rdquo; entry, and then find Aossiated CharSet items under this heading in the right pane, right-click At the blank location, select “New”-“String Value", enter the key name ANSI(00), then double-click to open the edit window and enter Yes in the edit window.

Third, followed by enter key names GB2312 (86), WEM (FF), SYMBOL (02) in the registry, and then click Edit value is Yes, Yes, on.

Then look at the Win7 folder again and you will see that the text is back to normal. Registry options are very fragile, and we may often lose or damage them during normal operations. As long as we find the cause of the problem, it is normal to get the registry entries back.
