Win8 system can not use Telecom 3G network card

Plug in the network card device, install the driver, and cancel when the Tianyi client installation interface pops up.
Click the network connection icon in the lower right corner to open “Network and Sharing Center",“Set new connection or network”.
Select the first item & ldquo;Connect to the Internet& rdquo;, the next step.
Do not use an existing connection, select “No, create a new connection", next.
Choose the third item "Dial”. If prompted to select a modem, select your network card and proceed to the next step.
Dial-fill #777, the username and password are filled in with the card, and the connection name Tianyi Broadband.
Start dialing, then enter the test connection, do not wait at this time, point & ldquo; skip & rdquo; then close the window.
Click on the network connection in the lower right corner, right click on the Tianyi broadband connection point "property", and select the "Network" tab on the pop-up panel.
Only check the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" check, the rest of the hooks are canceled. Then select <;Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)> Click “OK”.
Now click on the network connection in the lower right corner, click "Connect", in the pop-up window, click "”” number”——wait ——dial success!~

1, 126678 error occurred when connecting 3g network card.
2, 3g network card can be connected, but can not access the Internet, do not go traffic.
