How to set system scheduling tasks in Win8

  
Win8 sets up the system to schedule tasks as follows:
Task schedule, you can schedule any script, program or document to run at a certain time, such as custom shutdown time, notification messages, and so on. Press the Windows key + Pause Break button at the same time to bring up the system properties and call up the control panel by clicking on the “Control Panel”.

Click on Control Panel → System and Security & Rarr; Management Tools & Rarr; Mission Plan & rdquo;. You can see the options for “Task Schedule”.


1. Create Basic Task.
1.1 Select “Action"> Create a basic task”.

1.2 Enter the name and description of the basic task to be created. Basic tasks are used to create general common task plans.

1.3 “ Trigger & rdquo; settings. The time or frequency of the trigger can be set as needed.

For example, select “Daily”, then you can specifically set the time point of the trigger.

1.4 “Operation”Settings. In this step, set the action you want to perform.

If you select “Start Program> at this time, the specified program or code will be executed within the specified time.

If you select “send email”, the relevant content and mail server information will be sent automatically at the specified time.

If you select “display message”. After that, set the title and email, and a prompt will pop up at the specified time.

If you enter hello and hello in the title and message body respectively, the windows message box will pop up automatically at the specified time.

1.5 Click ““Complete” after setting is complete.
2. Create a task
2.1 Select “Action">;Create a task”.
2.2 Detailed settings for routines, triggers, operations, conditions, and settings. The specific setting process is similar to the basic task and will not be described here.
