In Windows 7, we can install the operating system directly. A VHD file is booted directly from the VHD at boot time. The operating system installed in the VHD is no different from the operating system installed in the disk drive, and the VHD is just a single file and does not occupy a separate file. disk partition. In Windows 7, if we want to view the contents of a VHD file, we need to perform multiple steps in the disk manager:
