Windows 8.1 IE11 prompts need to install flash player

  
        

It is recommended that you try one by one as follows:

1. Open the browser---tools---manage add-ons---check whether the shockwave flash object status is enabled, and enable the lower right corner to enable it.

2. Open the IE browser---tool to confirm whether to open "Active X Filter", if you have "Active X Filter", please uncheck;

If the above method still can't be solved, please continue to try the following methods:

Browser---Tools---Internet Options---Security---Custom Level---Disable ActiveX Filtering

3. Browser & mdash; Tools & mdash; Internet Options — Advanced & mdash; Check “Use software rendering without GPU rendering 

If the above solution does not solve the problem, please use Method: The possible cause is that the flash.ocx file is corrupted. After finding the cause of the problem, we only need to fix the file to solve the problem. For details, please refer to:

1. Copy the flash.ocx file of the corresponding system to the C:\\Windows\\System32\\Macromed\\Flash folder and C:\\Windows\\SysWOW64\\Macromed\\Flash folder.

Note: If copying a file prompt requires elevated privileges to copy, we need to obtain Owner permissions for this folder:

1. Press “Windows+X” to open Computer Management, click Local Users and Groups, then Groups, Administrators, click Add, enter your current account name or Windows Live ID. Click OK again.

2. Right-click on the folder selection property for which you want to get owner permissions, view the Security tab, and click Advanced.

3. Click Change next to Owner, enter the account name and click OK and check the Replace sub-container and object owner, and the owner replacement is complete.

4. Click Edit under the Security tab and click Add, enter your account name and click OK.

2. After the copy is complete, press “Windows+X”Open the command prompt administrator and navigate to C:\\Windows\\System32\\Macromed\\Flash or C:\\Windows\\SysWOW64\\Macromed\\Flash.
