Win8.1 installation failed 0x80004005 error code problem solving

Microsoft pointed out that if some dynamic link library files (.dll files) are not properly registered, or A firewall with an HTTPS (SSL) connection is not allowed between the computer and the Internet, and error 0x80004005 may occur.

You can use the regsvr32 command to register several .dll files:

1, Win+X key combination, select “command runner (administrator)”

2, at the "Command Runner", type the following commands and press Enter:

regsvr32 Softpub.dll

regsvr32 Wintrust.dll

Regsvr32 Initpki.dll

3, click “OK”.

4. Restart the computer to take effect.

There will be a problem with these error codes by re-upgrading the Win8.1 system.
