How to use the Windows 10 hidden game player screenshots Game Bar?

In Windows 10, Microsoft offers gamers a "Game Bar" tool bar so that you can easily record high scores or record great game clips.

But this tool is not limited to game apps (the name is quite awkward), just press WinKey + G, the pop-up window will ask if you want to open Game Bar, click Yes and then I can start using it.
